Shipping
Where we ship: We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available to select countries at carrier rates calculated at checkout.
Processing and delivery time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, US orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days, for a total of about 4–7 business days from when you order. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or events outside our control.
US shipping rates:
- Standard shipping: $8.00, or free on orders of $70 or more
- Express shipping: $15.00
Your shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Order tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Returns
Do we accept returns? Yes. We offer a 30-day return policy: you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return, so the window never closes before your order arrives.
Eligibility: Items must be new, unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging, with a receipt or proof of purchase. Opened or used products can't be returned unless they are defective or damaged. Gift cards are non-returnable.
How to start a return:
- Email us at brayton@sunsinglessunscreen.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
- If your return is accepted, we'll email you a free prepaid return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Return shipping is free and there is no restocking fee.
- Ship the item back. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items: Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us right away if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Exchanges: We don't offer direct exchanges. Return the item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund was approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at brayton@sunsinglessunscreen.com.
